On behalf of the Beta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, I bring you greetings. Chartered March 6, 1938, the chapter has had an illustrious record of achievement and of caring, sharing, and serving the Frankfort/Franklin County community for more than 86 years.

The International Program Theme for 2022-2026 is "Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood" and has six initiatives: Strengthen Our Sisterhood, Empower Our Families, Build Economic Wealth, Enhancing Our Environment, Advocate for Social Justice, and Uplift Our Local Community.

Beta Upsilon Omega Chapter Sponsors Beta Zeta on the campus of Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Kentucky. Our chapter is supported by Capital City Ivy Foundation, Incorporated which is established to raise funds to support scholarships and community partners.

We are proud of our years of service in the Frankfort/Franklin County community, and our Sorority 116 years of service to all mankind. We are honored to serve, and hope that we can continue to effectively serve for many more decades to come.
